There are 5 different types of 2015 lib Tech Jamie Lynn Phoenix Snowboards celebrating the 20th anniversary of Jamie's relationship with Mervin. We couldn't keep up with all of them but here is a quick break down. Jamie Lynn Fundamental- This board has quite a taper, a ton of set back (-2.5″ compared to -.5″) and C3. It's basically a C3 version of the discontinued Brando by Lando. The Jamie Lynn is Jamie's dream power freestyle stick built for aggressive, no limits, straight to the point snowboarding. A powerful flex, aggressive camber and a stable open speed friendly radial sidecut. Big floaty nose that planes effortlessly and a tapered shape that settles nicely in soft snow for big landings and straight line run outs. 最初に買った LIB TECH の板は、 1997 年のジェイミー・リンモデルでした。 95年頃にジェイミーのカッコ良さに惚れてしまいまして、ジェイミーモデルが欲しいと思いながらも、当時自分も若くて新しいボードを簡単に買うことができなくて、とにかくボードを購入するお金を貯めて、2年越しで買ったのがその板でした。 初めてそのボードに乗った日は今でもしっかり覚えています。 ピーカンの日の白馬なんですが、とにかくめちゃくちゃ楽しくて、テンション上がりまくりでした。 それまでスノーボードやってきて、いちばん楽しいって思えた日でした。 憧れのジェイミーとの2ショット写真は額縁のなかに そこから、ずっとLIB TECHのファンで、ボードが次第に増えていきましたね。 As for GNU, Mike and Pete gained control of the name again in 1991, and it became Mervin's price-point brand but was quickly reborn as another high-performance board similar to Lib Tech.
