パスティス （ Pastis ）は フランス の リキュール の一種。 歴史 パスティスは元々、 ニガヨモギ を加えて作る香草系リキュール アブサン の代替品として生み出された。 パスティスの名はSe pastiser（似せる、まがい物の意。 パスティーシュ と同語源）に由来する [1] 。 スイス では1907年に、 フランス などでは1915年にアブサンの製造・流通・販売が禁止されたため、1932年にポール・リカールによりアブサンの製法を改良して リカール （ 英語版 ） が作られた [1] 。 その後 ペルノー 社など、アブサン製造元であった多くのメーカーで製造されるようになり、現在に至る。 特徴・背景 There are a number of brands (produced in and outside of France) that are worth trying as each one has its own distinctive flavor profile.
