Kin Canada - the Association of Kinsmen, Kinette and Kin clubs is proud to be an all-Canadian service organization made up of outstanding community volunteers. From coast to coast, members are enhancing quality of life in their communities by promoting service, fellowship, positive values and national pride. 1980 The National Headquarters is opened, a three-story, 14,000 sq. ft. building in Cambridge, Ontario. 1983 Kinettes are made full partners of the Association. 1986 Kin members assist wheelchair athlete Rick Hansen on the final stretch of his world journey. 1991 The Association changes its name to the Kinsmen and Kinette Clubs of Canada. Established in 2005, the Kin Canada Foundation has played a key role in the strategic philanthropic investment of Kin Canada. It seeks out and encourages individual and corporate donor support and stewards funds generated through careful investment practices and standards of accountability that contribute to donor confidence and satisfaction. Kin Canada has been serving the needs of Canada for 90 years. The new and exciting Kin Canada Foundation has been established to help Kin Canada and their member clubs across Canada make Canada a better place to live, work and play.
