Programs The YMCA of Austin offers group membership incentives to help local businesses provide employee wellness benefits that include mental health, and an opportunity for members to give back to their community. A corporate wellness membership also helps to power our purpose: to create positive changes for our communities, for our future, for our world. A Family/Household membership is defined as one adult or two adults and dependent children through the age of 25, all residing in the same household. Dependent senior adults or dependent adults with a disability, living in the household, may be included. The Joiner Fee is paid upon joining the Y by all new members, defined as any person who has Member Right to Immediate Cancellation: You may cancel your membership without penalty or further obligation within the first thirty (30) days of your membership activation by submitting in writing your notice of cancellation.* All membership fees paid to the YMCA, including the Join Fee, will be refunded to you.
