Manzy has the best atmosphere but the worse food and selection. Tooker is too busy and it isn't the best. It's good for the hangover kids according to my suitemate. Located on the south side of the Tempe campus close to the Sun Devil Fitness Complex, Hassayampa Academic Village and Intramural fields. The Barrett dining hall and dorms are definitely the best on campus. To reduce cost, get the smallest meal plan, trust me people who get the bigger ones always have leftover meals and end up just wasting money.
