I really enjoyed Season 1 of Judging Amy. This is a great series and really worth watching. Amy is a court Judge and single Mom living in New York with her Mother Maxine, a Social worker, and young daughter Lauren. Amy's brother Vincent is a writer and a married brother Peter an Insurance broker and they all have interesting and comlex lives. Amy presents the story of British singer and songwriter Amy Winehouse, whose 2006 album Back to Black catapulted her to widespread fame and critical acclaim. Intense media scrutiny and problems with alcohol led to a downward spiral, leading to her tragic death in 2011 at the age of 27.
