Deze 6-daagse trekking bestaat uit 6 etappes. In het weekprogramma kun je per dagetappe zien hoeveel km je aflegt, de duur van de etappe en hoeveel je stijgt en daalt. Gemiddeld leg je zo'n 10 km af per dag en ben je zo'n 6 - 7 uur op pad.
