The Spotlight Studio. The Spotlight Theatre in Moline, Illinois is taking over and reinventing the downstairs area of the building to create The Spotlight Studio - and have entered into a partnership to make the space the new home for ComedySportz Quad Cities! This new space will offer improv workshops for kids & adults, events, and so much more in addition to hosting all our weekly matches ComedySportz sets the bar high; everyone laughs, everyone has a good time. In addition to welcoming many different groups at at ComedySportz match, we've done matches for groups from 10-3000+ all over the country. We can tailor our event to your space, time, and content requirements. We do holiday shows, fundraisers, church functions The format of a ComedySportz match features two teams of improvisational performers competing in various Head-to_head and Team Choice rounds, using improv games and performing scenes. Audience members judge the results and award points as directed by the Referee.
