Looks to be in good shape. La Patrie makes decent classical guitars (labelled as "Godin" now) -- a bit over-built, thus not to everyone's taste (I've played a few -- they are a bit stiff and the sound can be a bit thin), but they're all solid wood, which was/is rare for the price-point (that one probably sold for about $400 new).
