The Jokermobile should unlock in the Showcase automatically when you reach the point in the game where you use it, but unfortunately you cannot select it as the active skin to use in game. I've finished main storyline and I'm stuck with Jokermobile, which would be cool and all, but it's broken AF. Exiting works with jump tho. I don't have any mods installed. Changing skin via main menu doesn't work, it's still Joker. Despawning by going to another part of city or staring AR challenge also doesn't help.
