UK-based Henry Boot Construction has started the £15.8m renovation of the University of Leicester's Brookfield campus. The 19th century Brookfield House on London Road was once home to university benefactor Thomas Fielding Johnson. The historic 1 9th century Brookfield House on London Road was once home to the original benefactor of the University, Thomas Fielding Johnson. At its Brookfield campus on London Road, the University will deliver a significant renovation scheme to create a new home for its School of Business. At the heart of the London Road site is the historic 19 th Century Brookfield House. The original house and stable blocks will receive a comprehensive renovation and upgrade.
