Great customer service. I ordered an Eaziglide product line pot from a department store and they sent the wrong one twice due to warehouse issues. I contacted Eaziglide and Nathan was able to help me by replacing the pot with the correct item. Eaziglide sent long email, basically lecture notes about the pans. I rather think that'Lifetime Guarantee' is in breach of trade description. Lovely assistant at John Lewis agreed I had not over heated the pan, though Eaziglide insisted that I had from photo evidence . These pans are overpriced for items that will only last 2-3 years at most. Eaziglide 32cm casserole with toughened glass lid with maximum oven heat of 260C, bought in 2020 with lifetime guarantee. Little over a year later Glass lid shattered like a car windscreen on oven heat 140c.
