It is a solid favourite of ours. There is nothing "wow" about this place, but there doesn't need to be. They have a side kitchen which does very good pizza indeed and the chips here are soooo good, even when you are full up you keep on eating them! The staff behind the bar get to know you, your drinks and your quirks. Chandos Arms welcomes friendly dogs with their well-behaved people!
