The purpose of this handbook is to inform Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP) providers of program policies and procedures as well as provider responsibilities. You can see the status of a case, find out if there are verifications needed, and even upload documents directly into the system. The determinations made by your County Office are based on the income verification that is provided by you during the application and/or re-determination process. The fee should be paid directly to your child care provider at the beginning of each month and it is the first payment the provider will receive for providing care for your children.
