I found out about the solution to extract the files from the xrns with WinRar, and then trying to rearchive them into a zip file, which I then renamed into .xrns extension. Open the XRNS file with the utility. Extract the "SampleData" folder to your harddisk. Search the SampleData folder for *.flac or *.wav. Drag and drop the files from the search results onto OggDropXPd to convert them to OGG VORBIS. Note: I haven't ran this in approximately 10 years; I found it while sorting old stuff, and this probably won't work as I think Renoise has changed file formats too (I might be wrong though).
